How showcase scoring works
PokéStop Showcases judge Pokémon almost entirely on size, out of a maximum of 1178 points:
- Height — up to 800 points. Scored against your species' maximum possible height; this dominates the result.
- Weight — up to ~150 points. A heavier roll helps, but it's a small slice.
- IVs — up to 50 points. A perfect 15/15/15 is worth about 4% of the score.
- XXL bonus — flat 178 points when height is at least 1.5× the species base. This is why an XXL always beats an XL.
Practical takeaway: hunt XXL height, ignore everything else. A 0% IV XXL routinely beats a hundo of normal size.

What is a good showcase score in Pokémon GO?
