Every invaded PokéStop live right now — by grunt type, Leader and Giovanni, with a countdown on each one.

When Team GO Rocket takes over a PokéStop, Niantic calls it an Invaded PokéStop — it twitches and turns dark on the map. Spin it, beat the Grunt, and you get a shot at catching the Shadow Pokémon they leave behind. Leaders (Arlo, Cliff and Sierra) and Giovanni work the same way but need a Rocket Radar to find, so they turn up far less often.
Because they really do end. An invasion lasts about 30 minutes, so this board counts each one down and removes it the moment it lapses. That’s deliberate — a list that keeps showing finished invasions just sends you to an empty PokéStop. Anything showing under five minutes is marked in red; it’s probably not worth the trip.
Because the game doesn’t reveal it until you start the battle. Our live feed reports which grunt is at a stop and when the invasion ends, but not the species. The grunt still tells you plenty: a Dragon Grunt is guarding Dragon-type Shadows, a Fire GruntFire-types, and so on — which is why we show the type on every entry. Where a source does report the exact species, we show that too.
Invasions we pick up from public community maps show exact coordinates you can copy straight from here. The ones our own scanners find are rounded to about a kilometre unless you log in with Discord — free to do, and it unlocks the exact spot. Our Discord also has a full Rocket search in #🚀rockets, plus field research, 100% IV coordinates and raid alerts.
