Yes — Pokémon GO supports linking multiple login methods, so you can create a free Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) account on Pokémon's official site, then link it to your existing Pokémon GO account in-game via Settings → Linked Accounts → Pokémon Trainer Club. Use that PTC username and password at checkout and the coins are credited to your Pokémon GO account as usual. If you hit any trouble with the linking step, hop into our Discord and message an admin — we'll walk you through it.
