What we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.

What we collect
When you create a PokeXperience account or subscribe, we collect:
- Your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the email address registered on your Discord account (via Discord OAuth — only when you log in; we request the
identify,emailandguildsscopes) - Payment metadata from PayPal or Patreon — we never store full card details
- Server-side request logs (IP, user agent, referrer) for security and abuse prevention
- Your iOS UDID if you complete the direct-install flow — used only to sign builds
How we use your email
We use the email address obtained via Discord OAuth to send you:
- Service messages — subscription confirmations, payment receipts, renewal and refund notices, security alerts and replies to your support requests.
- Community updates — occasional announcements about new features, events, contests and PokeXperience offers.
You can opt out of community updates at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by emailing info with the subject "unsubscribe". We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
App permissions
The PokeXperience iOS app requests:
- Network access — to fetch live coordinate feeds
- Location services (optional) — only when you tap a coordinate to teleport
Third parties we share data with
- Discord — to verify membership and assign Donator roles
- PayPal / Patreon — to process subscriptions
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and DDoS protection (no application-level data exposed)
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info or DM'ing Staff on Discord.
