Terms of Service
The rules for using our Discord, website, app and subscriptions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PokeXperience Service (Discord community, website, mobile app, and social media pages — collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PokeXperience is a community platform for Pokémon GO players. We run a Discord server, a website, a mobile app and social media presences to help players share content, find coordinates and connect with other trainers.
3. User Content
By posting content (screenshots, videos, text, other media) to our Discord channels, you grant PokeXperience a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to share, display and redistribute that content across our connected social media platforms — including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Content shared to social media will include attribution to your Discord username.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. Don't post content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful or abusive, or otherwise violates our community guidelines.
4. Community Guidelines
Follow the rules in #rules_guides in our Discord. Behaviour that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory or disruptive may result in removal at the moderation team's discretion.
5. Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellation
Subscriptions last 30 days from your last payment and renew automatically. You can cancel any time via PayPal, Patreon or the cancel option on the Subscribe section. We do not generally issue partial-month refunds — contact Staff if you have an exceptional case.
6. Communications & Email
When you authenticate with Discord on our website, you grant Discord permission to share the email address registered on your Discord account with PokeXperience (we request the OAuth email scope at sign-in). We use that address to send:
- Service messages — subscription confirmations, payment receipts, renewal and refund notices, security alerts, and replies to your support requests.
- Community updates — occasional announcements about new features, events, contests and PokeXperience offers.
By logging in with Discord, joining our Discord server or subscribing, you consent to receive both categories of communication at that address. You can opt out of community updates at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by emailing info with the subject "unsubscribe" — service messages tied to an active subscription or account will continue while that subscription or account remains active. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Discord, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, PayPal, Patreon and Cloudflare. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. PokeXperience is not responsible for third-party practices.
8. Intellectual Property
Pokémon and Pokémon GO are trademarks of their respective owners. Pokémon GO is operated by Scopely (acquired from Niantic in 2025). PokeXperience is a fan community made with love and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Scopely, Niantic, Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. All other content and branding on the Service is the property of PokeXperience.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeXperience is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms over time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
