1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PokeXperience services, including our Discord community, website, mobile app, and social media pages (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PokeXperience is a community platform for Pokémon GO players. We provide a Discord server, website, mobile app, and social media presence to help players share content, find coordinates, and connect with other trainers.

3. User Content

By posting content (including screenshots, videos, text, and other media) to our Discord channels, you grant PokeXperience a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to share, display, and redistribute that content across our connected social media platforms, including but not limited to X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Content shared to our social media pages will include attribution to your Discord username.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights, is unlawful, abusive, or otherwise violates our community guidelines.

4. Community Guidelines

Users must follow the rules set out in our Discord server. Behaviour that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive may result in removal from the community at the discretion of the moderation team.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Discord, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google AdMob. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. PokeXperience is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

6. Intellectual Property

Pokémon and Pokémon GO are trademarks of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and Niantic. PokeXperience is a fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All other content and branding on the Service is the property of PokeXperience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeXperience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
